 Delivery and Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. During busy periods, processing times may be extended slightly. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

UK Shipping Methods and Costs 

• Standard Delivery
  Cost: £3.95 for orders under £100.
  Delivery Time: 2-4 business days after dispatch.
  Free Shipping: Available on orders over £100.
• Express Delivery
  Cost: £4.95 
  Delivery Time: 1-3 business days after dispatch. Free Shipping is available on orders over £100.

International Shipping Methods and Costs 

Europe Union(EU)

All orders over £200 will include free delivery.

Orders to Mainland Europe are shipped via a tracked standard shipping service and arrive in 2 to 11 working days,  price calculated at checkout.

USA and Canada

All orders over £200 will include free delivery. International Shipping will arrive within 3 to 17 working days and the price is calculated at checkout.

Rest of the World (International)

To countries/areas not mentioned above, there is a standard shipping service rate calculated at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once Royal Mail has marked them as delivered. If this happens, please contact Royal Mail for further investigation.
Incorrect Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Customs and Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
Customs processing times may affect delivery times, and customers are responsible for checking their country's import regulations.
