 Return Policy

We take great care in meticulously inspecting and thoughtfully packaging every order to ensure quality. However,  If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return the items for a refund or exchange.

TikTok Returns

Please note that TikTok return can only be done on TikTok Shop. The return procedures displayed here are only for website orders.

 Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • The original packaging should be intact.
  • Certain items, such as undergarments and clearance items, are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons or as indicated on the product page.

How to Return:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at chooseyourmodesty@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. 
2. Prepare Your Package: Include the items you wish to return, along with the original packing slip or a note with your order number.
3. Ship Your Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:

  •  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-12 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you wish to swap out your item with a different size or color, we can happily exchange it and will also ship your exchange to you at no additional cost. Please be aware that we do not cover return postage fees, nor do we provide international exchanges.

To be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:

  • You are a UK customer
  • The exchange is respective of the 7 days policy
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase  
  • We do not accept any exchanges from purchases made via the TikTok Shop

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for an exchange.

Please note that exchanges must be processed within 7 days of you receiving your order.
